Physical Description:
Tear Us Apart' perfectly represents the style of Brazilian artist Alex Senna, recognised as one of the main continuers of the Latin graffiti-comics tradition started by Os Gemeos. Senna's work, however, is characterised by a style even closer to the world of illustration, always in black and white and with an extremely limited use of colour, which in this case is limited to the background.
Iconography:
The artwork plays on the theme of separation and distance through the use of different iconographic elements such as the padlock, the matchstick, etc.
