Urbanites United is a citywide street art celebration taking place on 13–14 September 2025 across seven Amsterdam neighbourhoods. Marking Amsterdam’s 750th Anniversary, the weekend brings together local and international artists who transform walls and public spaces into vibrant murals, while residents and visitors are invited to explore open ateliers, join free guided tours, and experience art as a shared language of community and creativity.

From Overtoom and Dichtersbuurt to ADM Noord and beyond, Urbanites United creates a living canvas of connection, dialogue, and celebration. With live mural paintings, interactive workshops, music, food, performances, and unique meet & greets, the program highlights the diversity and richness of street art culture. Organised by Stichting Street Art Museum Amsterdam (SAMA) in collaboration with the Amsterdams Fonds voor de Kunst, the festival turns the city into an open-air museum where everyone is welcome to participate.
