Street Art in our Living Room - Kids Workshop

On Sunday, 2 December, Street Art Museum Amsterdam opens its doors to welcome local children and their families to play and to create some art in a cosy living room of our gallery! THE idea is to create one time workshop using street art and other artistic movements, Surrealism in this case, as a tool for an open dialogue, creativity and play. Learning by Doing is an important factor of this exercise. The workshop will be given by SAMA's Master Degree Interns: Efie and Errieti, who specialise in Culture and Education. Come to our cozy gallery to create one big Surrealistic Tree using recycled materials. Later, we shall polish it with bright Montana colours (street art) and decorate it with all kinds of materials. Our inspiration are Salvador Dali & Rene Magritte. Our aim is to encourage children to learn about art through playing. Lots of materials and colors are waiting for you to experiment and to create something unique. Participation fee: 25e per person Spaces are limited - maximum 10 children We advise you to book your space via answers@streetartmuseumamsterdam.com or directly via EVENTBRITE link indicated below.
